KESAS Holdings Bhd (KHB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 September 1993 under the Companies
Act, 1965 as an investment holding company. KHB is a consortium comprising Perbadanan Kemajuan
Negeri Selangor (PKNS) (30%), Gamuda Bhd (30%), AMDB Berhad (20%) and Permodalan Nasional
Berhad (PNB) (20%).
